Method of payment:
All major Credits Cards are welcome. Card payment for a total less than € 100 only accepted at the Management’s discretion.
Upon reservation the Client will be advised about the method of payment; however if no method is specified, payment can be made by cash or credit card.

Cancellation/No-show penalties
If a cancellation is made within 15 (fifteen) days of the check-in date, a penalty of one-night’s accommodation fee will apply, in accordance with major Credit Cards agencies on the No-Show issue.
If the client has paid in advance, by credit card or cash, or postal order, in the case of cancellation, there will be no refund.

Rooms and apartments supplies
All rooms are fully supplied with linen, duvet, shower towels and hand towels.
TV features only in rooms with en-suite bathroom and apartments.
There’s no air-conditioning in the rooms.

Room cleaning and linen changing
Rooms: daily tidying, and once every three days linen and bathroom towel change (and changed upon every new reservation).
Apartments: “residence service” including tidying, linen and bathroom towel change every three days.
The “residence service” however, will not include the kitchen and utensils cleaning. If clients wish to use the kitchen, it is client’s duty to leave the kitchen and accessories in the condition they found them in.
If the client will fail to do so, the management as a cleaning fee will apply a penalty of € 50.
To insure the cleaning service can be carried out, it is the client’s responsibility to vacate the rooms and apartments by 10.00, otherwise the cleaning may not be performed.

There is no curfew at the hotel, although guests are requested to consider other guests when returning late and keep noise to a minimum.

HOTEL RULES

Violations of the following hotel rules may cause the immediate termination of the stay, applying to the whole amount of the remaining reservation.
Also in some other cases specified below, further penalties may apply.

NO ACCESS TO ANY PERSON NOT REGISTERED or not authorised by the Reception.

NO SMOKING IN ALL AREAS including bathrooms.  For any damage caused by burning or dirtying duvets and any other fabric, the management as a cleaning fee will apply a penalty of € 100.

NO WASHING, IRONING OR HANGING OF CLOTHES in the rooms and bathrooms. Any damage will be evaluated and charged.

NO GAS OR ELECTRIC CAMP STOVES OR FLAMES also candles or lighters.  Any damage will be evaluated and charged.

NO EATING MEALS (water excluded) within the rooms especially on beds or sofas.

IT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN  to use the kitchen and tools if not included in the reservation, unless specially authorised.   In this case the management will apply a daily penalty of  € 10 for use of kitchen, and a penalty of € 50 as a cleaning fee.
